we were all the way rammed last month – it was magic!

jasmine ann cooray’s a poet, facilitator & therapist from LDN, of british & sri lankan heritage. spurred by a silent adolescence, she now designs & implements a variety of projects that cultivate confidence, written skill & emotional literacy thru poetry. jasmine’s known for vivid imagery, a grapple with the gristly bits of humanity, & storytelling thru personal experience. her first pamphlet, everything we don’t say, awaits reprint this year. she’s currently working on a cross arts show exploring grief through spoken word & movement. she’s just been awarded the first ever bbc performing arts fellowship granted to a poet.

antosh wojcik’s a poet, writer & performer. he was joint winner of the roundhouse poetry slam 2013 & is a member of the poetry collectives, kid glove & burn after reading. he writes for the flashnificents blog. he’s a resident artist at the roundhouse & was part of poejazzi’s cross-art collaboration, Howl 2.0. he’s performed poetry around the UK at festivals such as glastonbury, bestival, in the woods & at leading events such as TEDx EastEnd, outspoken + various apples & snakes gigs. he was a poet-coach shadow as part of Spoke’s inter-school slam project, WORDCUP 2014, & leads poetry & writing workshops in schools. he writes to see and learn about people.

kayo chingonyi was born in Zambia in 1987, moving to the UK in 1993. his poems have been published in a range of magazines, anthologies & in a debut pamphlet entitled some bright elegance (salt publishing, 2012). in 2013 he was awarded a writing residency at cove park (scotland) as well as the geoffrey dearmer prize from the poetry society. he’s a fellow of the complete works programme for advanced black & asian poets & has been invited to give readings & performances around the world.
