LimeWharf presents Project Instrumental: Donner & Blitzen
Soul-warming culture, mulled cheer and lantern-lit mythology from innovation hub LimeWharf’s orchestra-in-residence, Project Instrumental, and artist, Jennie Fagerström. Bold, imaginative and boundary-defying, this virtuosic ensemble strips back the peripherals with their straightforward, contemporary approach to classical music. Jennie Fagerström’s intimate lanterns light the loss of way with figures of non-existence erasing the real. Images reference the female skogsrå of Nordic mythology, seductively luring men to their doom in the depths of the forest. A preconception-joggling night of cultural discovery, aided by LimeWharf’s conducive ambience and excellent bar.
Lanterns will be for sale on the night.
