Black Mylk was founded in 2017 by Natalie, a cook, food scientist and nutritionist with over 10 years experience working with some of the most innovative and thought leading brands in food.
Their hand-crafted dairy free ice cream is designed to delight the senses. Using homemade cashew nut milk and the milk from coconuts they select colours and flavours gifted by nature to create ice cream with bold flavours and the most beautifully creamy texture.
Creativity and pleasing people is at their core. They invent delicious alternatives that are kind to the planet and make people feel good.
They continuously experiment with the best tasting seasonal ingredients in order to do classic and nostalgic flavours really well, whilst introducing people to brand new visual and taste sensations.
